Jim learned the basics of underground construction at a very young age, watching and helping his father install septic tanks and field beds.  In 1974, they saw a great opportunity to expand the business to include sewer and water mains to meet the demands of the numerous residential developments that were spreading throughout the region.  Over the next three decades he became very well know and respected in the development community and continues to be today under his leadership the company continues to grow and expand

Terry was born and raised with the business and has been a strong influential structure since high school.  He learned everything that he needed to know from his parents.  Terry has an engineering degree from Saint Clair County Community College.  Terry is proud that his children are now a part of the business that defines his family.

As the old adage goes, most people want to be born with a silver spoon in their mouth.  Well, Greg was born with a rusty shovel in his hand.  Being around the company atmosphere during his childhood gave him the desire to work and grow a family business like his father and his father's father.  Greg began working in the field as soon as his dad would let him, which he'll tell you was around the age of six, but was probably more like fourteen.  All of this field work was the foundation of the vast experience he has today in sewer, water, site work, and road building.  Expanding on his field knowledge, Greg has also obtained a Civil Engineering Degree from Michigan Tech University, focusing on municipal infrastructure and business operations.  Along with his degree, Greg also has a Michigan Residential Builder's License, a Storm Water Operator's License and is a Certified Aggregate Technician through the Michigan Department of Transportation.

Joel is a 2010 graduate of Saint Clair County Community College.  He holds a degree in Welding/Metal Fabrication and certificates in Business Management and Civil Engineering.  Joel received a MITA Future Leader Certificate in 2011. In addition to his operational leadership, Joel proudly serves as a Safety Officer, promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement on every job site. Raised in a family business, Joel was taught to treat every employee like family. He believes that when family works together, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished.

Heather is a 2006 graduate of Northwood University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing and Business Management, along with an Associate Degree in Accounting and Economics. With a strong background in business and finance, Heather is passionate about supporting her family's business and continuing its long-standing values, traditions, and commitment to excellence.
